A brilliant new role has been created to work in the picturesque offices just outside Esher for an efficient administrator with excellent communication and Social Media skills.
The new role of Office Administrator/ Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a highly creative and upbeat Social Media specialist to assist us building the company’s social media presence across Facebook, Google and Twitter. They will be responsible for editing the company Website using WordPress. The selected applicant will be an integral part of the office team running and updating a parking permit system which will include event bookings at one of our car parks.
The ideal applicant will require solid Excel skills to compile reports and Mail Merge abilities in Word to communicate with field staff. They will also help manage general office administration which includes phone liaison with the general public who use our car parks.
This is full time opportunity and the role will be developed to include additional responsibilities as the business expands and your knowledge and skill levels increase.

Salary starting from £24,000 depending upon skills and experience
